We all get tired and completely fed up. At times, we just want to stop and just leave everything behind coz we just couldn’t bear to get ourselves hurt. We may want to keep a relationship that we may have given so much of our time and attention to, for in one way or another it had effectively guaranteed us bliss, but what if one day we would just wake up realizing that the spark which actually makes every bit of our day worth living has practically gone out?! It’s sad, I know.. But it certainly happens. There would always be twists and turns in any relationship. You guys may be happy with each other now (well, that’s perfectly indispensable, you may say) but time would also come that you’d get in each other’s nerves nagging out even on the pettiest things you guys may ever encounter. Time will come that you guys can’t help but pester, annoy and agitate each other which may actually draw you into deciding just to split up. Ahh.. That’s how complicated things are in a relationship. Sometimes you won’t even get to see it’s logic anymore. And when that time comes, you might even want to ask yourself “what have I really entered into?!.. why am I here?.. Was this what I really want?.. Is this really the so-called love?”

And this is basically where distance would actually be significant on our part. We must pull ourselves away from the situation and get time to contemplate on things. When you think you may have given it all but your efforts just ended up not being appreciated by the other person, well maybe this is already a sign of over-familiarity. The other person may have gone so used to having you with his or her side. Thus, that person now tends to overlook you. You’ve become so familiar that he or she couldn’t even perceive your worth. It’s definitely excruciating! We all know that. But the only remedy we could do, if ever that incident comes, is to swift away from that painful situation. Let the other person realize that you no longer give the attention and concern he perfectly enjoys then. Let the other person long for you. Let the other person realize your worth. Let him or her realize what he or she might actually lose. And let that person fall down onto his knees and plead for you to come back. Otherwise, that person may not yet be the person meant for you at all..
