I was tasked by my lil sis to provide a character sketch for her on her yearbook.. And this is what my ingenious wit had brought me into writing..

I am JAI, the youngest in the brood of three who belongs to the noble clan of Colonel Domingo Abrera Alzaga and Charito Puig Alzaga. Life for me is an art. And I live by it to establish a great difference. I use the rhythm to unleash the artist lurking in the deepest recesses of my being. I dance as though it was my only way of living. I draw as though it was the perfect way of dreaming. And I sing as though it was the only harmony to keep the fire in my heart ever afflaming.

My family is the perfect reason I have for living. Thus, I direct all my utmost efforts and immense perseverance to bring forth honor and glory to the roots that have nurtured this willful heart and mind. Moreover, this fulfills the essence of my existence. Hence, nothing would ever be sweeter than being able to light up their faces with a hearty smile.

Basketball has its own share of significance in enriching my being. I enjoy watching the UAAP and cheer my heart all out for my favorite team.. The ATENEO BLUE EAGLES! As the Ateneans say, “Fly High, Soar High”, “Believe!” and “One Big Fight”. Those powerful words are the only means of accomplishing greater achievements. Thus, I incorporate them in all my undertakings so as to extensively push myself to my limits and unleash the gargantuan capacity there is to turn the big dreams into a gratifying reality.

Apart from the ones aforementioned above, I still do possess a profoundly indefinable more so perfectly indescribable character. And that mystery awaits to be unraveled through this life’s journey.
